About
CFSC and CRFSC Courses in Manitoba
To legally own or buy guns and ammunition in Canada, you need a PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) or and RPAL (Restricted Possession and Acquisition License). Before you can apply for your license you will need to take a Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) course. To obtain handguns or other Restricted firearms, you will also need to take a Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC).
Upon completion of the course(s) you will then be eligible to apply for your license.
